These will include more APIs, guaranteed service level agreements (SLA), better availability, and structured incident management. The one-size-fits-all approach is not good enough, which is why Hubject has launched Premium Services, a three-tiered intercharge service offering developed to match the different needs of different users. These premium services are only available to existing intercharge CPO or EMP partners.

Standard

This covers the current intercharge product at the most affordable price.

Business

Includes direct access to Hubject specialists and specific service levels.

Enterprise

Was developed for partners who need guaranteed SLA response times, better platform availability and closer collaboration with Hubject.

The different tiers, and the costs associated with each, were developed to ensure users only pay for the range of services they actually need.
