a Hubject Testing Facility in-person event | 9th – 11th June
New EU regulation is reshaping the EV charging industry. The technical requirements are substantial, the timelines are firm, and the questions facing every player in the ecosystem are the same: what do we need to implement, by when, and how do we get it right? Hubject Tech Days 2026 is where those questions are addressed, through expert guidance, hands-on testing, and practical insights for every business in the EV charging ecosystem.
Join Hubject and leading Charge Point Operators (CPOs), eMobility Service Providers (eMSPs), automakers (OEMs), and Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) manufacturers for three days in Berlin focused on navigating the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR), ISO 15118-20, and turning regulatory standards into real business opportunities.
Why Attend?
This is your opportunity to:
✅ Understand what new EU regulations impact with clarity on timelines, technical requirements, and role-specific impact
✅ Turn compliance into a competitive advantage with practical guidance on how to implement, not just what to implement
✅ See live interoperability testing not slides, not simulations, but real end-to-end demonstrations at the Hubject Testing Facility
✅ Meet the people driving implementation two days of direct access to industry experts and key ecosystem partners
Key Topics
Who Should Attend
Hubject Tech Days is designed for the technical and commercial decision-makers working toward AFIR compliance: EVSE hardware manufacturers and software companies, OEMs, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), eMobility Service Providers (EMPs), Charge Point Management System (CPMS) providers, and SECC and EVCC specialists.
Hubject Spring Tech Days brings together some of the industry's leading technical and regulatory voices. Christian Hahn, CEO of Hubject, will open the event with his perspective on where the industry stands and what the next phase of ISO 15118-20 implementation demands. Steffen Rhinow, Senior Principal for Plug&Charge and Digital Ecosystems, will lead the Plug&Charge Direct and Remote masterclass on Day 2. Jürgen Werneke, Head of Research and Development at Hubject, will lead the End-to-End Validation and ISO 15118-20 masterclass, and Adriana Fricke, Senior Manager Public Affairs, will bring regulatory precision to the Day 1 landscape.
Hubject will also be joined on stage and in the Testing Facility by industry leaders, with topics spanning technical, commercial and regulatory expertise to be announced in the coming weeks.
