Data processing in our app is carried out by the app’s operator, whose contact details can be found in the app’s legal information.
How do we collect your data?
One way we collect your data is when you share it with us. This can, for example, be data that you enter in the registration screen (see Section 4 of this Data protection declaration). Other data (such as charging process logs) is automatically collected by our IT systems when using the app (see Section 4 of this Data protection declaration).

Revoking your consent to process data
Many data processing procedures are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke any consent already granted at any time. To do so, it is sufficient to send us an informal email. Communication of the app with the app backend and with the backend of the eRoaming platform is carried out via SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. The same applies for forwarding to the mobile website of our ad hoc charging solution intercharge direct (https://m.intercharge.eu).

Within the framework of the currently applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to be provided with information on any personal data of yours that is saved, the source and recipients of the data and the purpose of the data processing free of charge and, if necessary, the right to have this data rectified or erased. Registering for the app
In order to register to use the app, we require you to make the following data available to us: your emobility service provider contract number (EVCO-ID) and the PIN/password provided by the emobility service provider on registration. The mandatory fields to be completed are absolutely necessary in order to complete the registration and thereby fulfil the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) of the GDPR).
When registering for the app, we use your contract number and PIN/password to enable you to access charging stations.
We store your contract number and PIN/password locally in the app for as long as it is installed on your device. This means you only need to register to use the app once.
We only collect your location data once we have received your consent, and store this temporarily on your (mobile) end device. The location on the map is used to show you charging points in your surrounding area. Your location is never passed to third parties from our app.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data in order to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures.
The app uses the Google Maps API to visually display geographical information. When using Google Maps, Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043) also collects, processes and uses data regarding the usage of the Maps functions by website visitors.
